One or more XML files can not be parsed

After upgrading to SIM 6.1B, clicking on any of the server system names under "System Names" generates the error "one of more XML files can not be parsed". Also the options to manage the Repository and Version Control features is not available from the SIM Host "HP System Managment Home Page".
