Sign-In Attempt From Disallowed IP Address

After installing HP Insight manager I had to change the default user (the one that runs the service and access database). It was a quite dificult task, but now I think it is working. The problem is that I cannot loggin in HP insight anymore.
The error is:

@!@,2010-09-20 17:57:01 PKT,SESSION,FAILURE,LOGIN,USER,Sign-In Attempt From Disallowed IP Address (127.0.0.1),WARNING,mydomain\user123,,,

How do I add an allowed IP Range using command line?

Re: Sign-In Attempt From Disallowed IP Address

Did you change the user name inside the SIM database? Or do you still have a user with admin rights to login and adapt some of the settings?

Re: Sign-In Attempt From Disallowed IP Address

What you said gave me a great insight. :)
I checked the database and found the table "hpmxUser" where I could finally set the rand of allowed IP address for my user.

Thnks a lot for helping!
