only NIC and Storage showing up

only NIC and Storage showing up

On a Windows 2000 server that I have, when I go to the System Management Homepage, all I see are NIC and Storage. There is no section for System or Operating System. Agents seem to be up to date and other Win 2K boxes have all of these options. Any ideas?
