Open SMH in SIM

After a click on "Health Status" normally it opens a i-explorer with the SMH. But on one system it opens a i-explorer and there stands the text:

"You are not authorized to access this page.
This page can be accessed only by using the HP Systems Insight Manager menus."

When i type the URL manually in the address bar, the SMH opens. There the Trust Mode is okay and the certificate is inserted!

What could i do?
