OpenSSH issue

Yes, thats the CMS.

When I run the command mxagentcofig -a -n CMS -u username -p password

I get this message:
Failed to register as an agent to: hq000ins001.icb.corp
Error: Configuration failed to complete due to the following exception:
Unable to contact the SSH server on node "hq000ins001".

I reinstalled OpenSSH. I first removed the old one, deleted the Folder, and rebooted, before installing the new version.

OK I went through line by line in the document and I had the same issue with OpenSSH that he did also. Once I deleted the files and folders then ran the command m OpenSSH service would no longer function... Is there any HP Moderators that can make this tool work. Not much help. I was able successfully before this document use PUTTY to connect and logon to my system with no issues, and still SIM 4.2 would not allow deployments of the initial support paq install. Anyone help

And now my SIM server gets these errors.... NOT VERY HAPPY here with the command to run...

Mike Strako any ideas why the errors we are getting with the commands that you sent out in the document?

After I ran the command step by step in the document linked above my HPSIM is no longer functional either. System state restores are not fixing the issue. Looks like to make this work correctly from the changes listed that I had better just remove it all from my system ans start over....

The best thing I can suggest is open a incident with HP RE:SIM 4.2. It's free support 1-800-474-6836. The document I submitted to fix OpenSSH issues have worked for me and MANY people here on the forum. I'm not sure if you all have another under lining problem why things are not working for you. Thanks.
