Paging and Insight manager

Hi,

We have a pager a SAM Ermes. Our carrier is KPN (Netherlands). When we dial the number of the pager we get a menu after the pin.

KPN provided a tool for sending messages but it dials a other number and give then the telephone number of the pager. This works fine. But with Insight Manager?

So it will not work. Has anyone experience with this, especially with KPN.

Is someone working with a pager?
