PF status column not displayed

PF status column not displayed

PMP 3.1 IS installed on same system as SIM 4.2. Both services are working normally. System lists pages do not display the PF column. Performance Management Pack Options menu items are working normally. Any ideas on how to force the column behaviour?

Check it's not been taken out of the display. Click on the Customize button.

It is not listed in the available columns for customization

That sounds like the PMP install has not completed. You may need to log a call. The only thing I could suggest would be to try reinstalling PMP. You may wish to log a call with HP though.

You may want to open the globalsettings.props file located in \\Systems Insight Manager\Config folder and check if the following entries are present.

PerformanceModuleURL=/PMP/IMPF.htm

PerformanceModuleInstalled=YES

If these entries are not present then the PF column wonâ t be displayed in HP SIM console, please add these two entries and restarting HP SIM service should resolve the issue.

I suspect PMP 3.1 is not installed completely, another suggestion is to reinstall PMP 3
