PMP 4.5 Authorization required error

We have recently upgraded from PMP 4.4 to 4.5, and now when you click on an icon in the PF column, it comes up with "ERROR Authorization Required". If I go to Diagnose - PMP - Online Analysis this works fine.
When PMP 4.5 was installed, the PF column was missing, but added this back in as per HP documentation.
Running SIM 5.1 on a Windows 2003 server.
