I am first time user of the management pack. Can anyone direct me in the right direction for getting this loaded up. I am running SIM 4.2. I don't see anything that deals with PMP under the options pull down menu.

Solution
PMP 3.1 is included with HPSIM 4.2. It looks as though the PMP install failed. You might need to retry the installation.
You might also want to check the install logs to see if anything was reported.
As a general note, do the install on the console rather than via Terminal Services.
PMP should be listed in a couple of places in HPSIM, you should have a PF column, as well as the PMP Config & License Options under the Options tab.
