PMP Queue Length

I'v just installed HP SIM 5.0 and one of my server has a very high queue length. Is this a PMP error or i've really to upgrade my disks ? The average queue length is 388000 about !

That is one slow disk!
You might want to log a calL.

You'll need to include some details like OS, Server model and Array Controller type & F/W levels as well as Agent levels.

I suspect some kind of mis-reporting but whether it is in PMP or the source data is the mystery.
