PMP - Unsupported config
Hi,
i'd take a look at the previous topic about PMP, but without solution so ... :
I have a Proliant BL465C G1 server (2003 std x64 Sp1, Insight Agent 7.70) identifed in SIM 5.2 with PMP 4.7
When i assign PMP licenses : no pb but when i try to configure it : unsupported system
In the pmplog.txt, i only see the existing server monitoring by PMP, no error
Another point, i have a ProLiant DL380 G4, identified as a "Compaq Appliance Operating System" wich is not compatible with PMP (WINNT), is,there a solution to bypass it ?
Thanks

Re: PMP - Unsupported config
Hi Eric
I read the PMP doc,Which is in clearly mentioned that PMP is not compatible with some HP server like DL360G5,G4.etc,As you have.
So please have a look once again in PMP doc which is located in DOC folder of System insight Manager.
It may help you.
Points are welcome.
Regards,
Ankit

Re: PMP - Unsupported config
Not all servers are supported by PMP . See doc
