Possible to Install HP Insight Manager on OS Running VMware ESXi 5.5.0

I've been searching all over the Internet to find out if it's possible to install HP Systems Insight Manager on HP ProLiant DL360 G5 & G7 servers running on OS VMware ESXi 5.5.0?

The reason I want to install Systems Insight Manager (SIM) is when a hard drive on a RAID fails, I can be notified via email. It would be nice to knew when a hard drive fails so I can quickly fix the issue.

If it's not possible to install SIM on HP server running OS VMware ESXi 5.5.0, is there any recommendations to help make my solution possible?
