Problems pushing down firmware updates from SIM
Hi all,
I've been trying to update software on a large number of servers but am getting errors similar to the following frequently:
Message: Smart Component, cp007563.exe, returned result code 3, no action taken.
...
The software will not be installed on this system because the required hardware is not present in the system or the software/firmware doesn't apply to this system.
I know the hardware is in the system, and that it needs updating. Can anyone shed any light on why this might not be working for me?
Thanks,
Matt
