Problems with installation of Virtual Machine Management Pack for SIM 5.0

I have a problem installing the Virtual Machine Management Pack Ver 1.11 on a Windows 2000 Server with SP4 installed.

The installation procedure says that either HPSIM service or Microsoft SQL service is not running.
I checked the settings in the services menu but both services are running correctly.

The version of the SQL server is 8.00.760

Does anybody how fix this problem?
