Problems with SIM 5.0 and PMP 4.0
I have installed a license and that seems to work, but when I try to collect data I only get a "red cross" and "Error Performance Status" web page.
The server is installed with Support Pack 7.20
All of the other agents are working just fine, what could be wrong. As i Understand the pmp only uses existing agents to collect data from.

Make sure that you have set the correct SNMP community strings in the Global protocol settings page or in the System protocol settings page (as the case may be) of HPSIM.
Note: community strings are case-sensitive.

Re: Problems with SIM 5.0 and PMP 4.0
I have checked that.
The strange thing is that everything else is working, I can also see the performance on System Homepage, but it seems that it will not collect the data. It does collect data from the Version Control for example.
Thanks anyway.

Re: Problems with SIM 5.0 and PMP 4.0
If you manage the server using both WBEM and SNMP then please try using ONLY SNMP for that managed node (Can be done by editing the System protocol settings). After you edit the protocol settings do run identification task on that managed node and then wait till the minimum required samples are collected (by default 6 minutes) for the PF status to get updated.
