I'm logged with local administrator. And tried with domain admin user, too. I always get this error.

If you're logged on locally to the unit, there's the BPxxxxx.cmd script within the support pack folder that runs without the user interaction GUI (worth checking the help on this before running) that might get passed the permissions issue.
