PSP 8.30 installed on ML310 - no version control

I just installed PSP 8.30 onto an ML310. The management page hangs when opening and gives me a timeout error. When I close the error, the homepage loads but there is no version control agent.

any ideas?

Hi,

You can directly browse to version control agent https://:2381/vcagent

In SMH there is option to increase the timeout value. May be an increase in that field will show version control box displayed.

some time this happens because of internet browser. Check it after updating, hope this will solve your problem.

update the VCA to version 2.2.2.835 (on HPs site)

kill off the vcagent.exe process before you do it as it's hung.

software status polling kills the VCA included in PSP 8.30...
