PSP : Behaviour

Hello,
I installed 4 PSP on 4 same server HP proliant DL 360 but psp hasn't the same comportement ?
My principal problem is that when I'd like to acccess to agent via Insight Manager, the redirection on the server isn't working ?
Eg : I browse Insight Manager then I click on myserver after on links and I try to access to Hp diags => but the result is that my browser couldn't find him because the redirection isn't done with the FQDN of myserver but only the hostname !
Some idea
