PSP installation problem.

PSP installation problem.

Hello,

I've installed 4 PSP on 4 HP proliant 360 DL. All seems to work fine before i tried to test agents from the main console of insight manager.
When I test with the direct url : https://myserver.university.fr:2381/ all work perfectly but when I'm redirected by the console of insight manager, I get an url like this :
https://myserver:2381/
and for sure it doesn't work !

Is there any good idea about it ?

It means your DNS is not resolving on the hostname but requires the fully-qualified domain name. On that unit, go into your network card properties --> advanced --> DNS and add 'university.fr' to the field that says "Add these domain suffixes in order..."

On the SIM server go to options --> security --> system link configuration and change to either "use the systems IP address" or "use the systems full DNS name"
