"... does not represent a task in this system" Messages

Does anyone know what causes these types of messages and how to get rid of them?

I'm wondering if, you know how sometimes you go to create a new list or task or whatever and before you finish you jump somewhere else, maybe the below are default names assigned but kind of in limbo because they weren't fully defined...just a thought.

Examples: (SIM 4.1 running on W2K3)

The name "Identify Systems 1" does not represent a task in this system

The name "Software Status Polling 1" does not represent a task in this system

The name "Hardware Status Polling 1" does not represent a task in this system

The name "Data Collection 1" does not represent a task in this system
