Receiving better alerts from HPSIM

Hi again. I would like to find out how I can make HPSIM send better alerts. Currently, all I get is a generic message telling me that a Critical Event took place on a specific server. Without more details, I am forced to log into HPSIM to check things out. Half the time it turns out that it didn't merit attention. Sugestions?

I assume you are being notified by email. Set the Message format to HTML.
You might have to finetune the events you want to be alerted for. Now you are probably alerted for every critical event but within those critical alerts you can make selections as well. E.g only being notified when there is a powerfailure etc.
