Remote Support Download / SWM

Cannot finish the RSEP download log shows unable to reach iss-updates.americas.hp.com I am unable to ping this site either. Is this site down? or am I doing something wrong. Thanks Doug

From a browser you can try;
https://isee-updates.americas.hp.com/

You should get a message;
Software Management server operating correctly
returned.

If that works my guess there's a problem with the proxy settings in SWM.
