Remote Support Software Installation Error

Hello,

I am trying to upgrade to version 5.6 but the install fails at Remote Support Configuration Collector Extension. The installtion log has the following entries:

Any insight into resolving this is appreciated.

If you do not need remote support configuration collection rscc
you can move all the RSCC bundles on your IRSA directory to a different directory and retry the installation.

If you want to have a full installation you should open a HW support call on Remote support services.
