Rename managed server - doesn't show up
Sim 4.1 SP1
We have renamed servers before and they have shown up with their new name in SIM 4.1.
I have double checked the DNS and reverse lookup (nslookup) on both the managed server and the SIM server.
But the new name, not even the old name is showing up.
Of course, I deleted the old name already.
I have tried adding the new server by both it's name and IP address. But it still doesn't show up. This has been two days now.
What else should I look at?
As far as I know, nothing else has changed on the server. As the previously named server was communicating with the SIM server apporpriately before.
Thanks.

Re: Rename managed server - doesn't show up
make sure your SQL log isn't out of space, if it is, SIM will no longer add servers in.
