Reports do not show the available data.

We have the problem that when we open/create a report, that no data is presented by the report, although the data is available in the database.
After doing some troubleshooting, we found that all report queries contain the following: NoticeType.typeIdStr!=Insight.DiscoveredDevice . If we remove this part from the query, then the data is shown. Is this normal or is there something wrong with our HPSIM installation?
