Reset Password in System Management Homepage

Hi,

After i update my software , i can't login anymore. I've already tried change the CPQHMMD.ACL file but don't work .
Who have any idea ?

What version of the PSP is installed on your server?
From PSP 7.30 the user accounts from the operating system will be used for the authentication on System Management Homepage.

If you are running the 7.1 Insight Agents or before (these have the built-in accounts), if you are running HP Systems Insight Manager 4.2 SP2, there is a tool called Configure or Repair Agent settings. This has an option to change the built-in accounts, fyi.
