RILo II "Shut Down Server Failed"

I have some ProLiants (ML350G4, ML370G2, DL380G2)with RILo II installed an no Function on "Virtual Power - Shut Down Server and power off"
The "Power Off" (without Shut Down OS) works fine.

OS: Windows Server 2003
RILO Firmware updated to Ver. 1.15 - no difference.

Anybody seen that and have a solution?
