Rising Threshold passed?? Threshold set to zero.
Hello,
I've configured HP SIM to send critical alerts when a disk hits or goes above 90% full. Works fine, no problem there.
I've disabled the Warning Threshold on all servers. When a server boots, our helpdesk gets flooded with critical alerts as follows:
Event Details: User Threshold - Rising Alarm (rev. 3)
Rising Threshold passed. An alarm entry has crossed its rising threshold. The instances of those objects contained within the variable list are those of the alarm entry which generated this trap.
The disk in this example is 75% full. I have others at less than 30% & I'm still getting the same alerts.
I don't know where to go on this. Can anyone help?
Thanks
Al.
