Scheduled tasks in pending state

Hello All.

I have several pending operations for "hw status polling for servers" and "hw status polling for non servers".

The first one is scheduled every 15 minutes and takes about 6 minutes to complete. One operation is complete, 4 are pending.

The second one is scheduled every 60 minutes and takes 3 minutes to complete. One operation is complete, one is pending.

I have another scheduled task to poll the HW status of critical server, scheduled every 5 minutes and taking 3 minutes to complete. One is complete, 14 are pending.

It looks like SIM is scheduling all the operations for the comming hour. Can somebody confirm that ?
