Update troubles SIM from 5.0 to 5.2 - urgent

Hi, I'm having troubles updating my SIM. I'm trying to update SIM using custom install. When wizard starts to update PMP it first uninstalls it and then tries to install new version. Then the troubles start.

Wizard asks me for password for user MINISTRATOR??? And this field is grayed out so I can't change it. How can I change setup credentials for PMP?

Something similar is happening with VMM pack.
