Security menu under Options/Virtualization Management Missing

Does anyone have a resolution or answer to why the Security menu under the Options/Virtualization Management section in HP SIM 5.1 is missing? The Virtual Center service is running on the Virtual Center server along with several dozen virtual machines. I need to be able to have SIM communicate with our VC server to take advantage of VMM.

We are having the same issue. We have not found a solution yet. Tried uninstalling VMM, and resinstalling. Also we upgrade to VMM 3.0. Still no menu. Tried calling it in, but the advice was to reinstall SIM.

I'd rather not reinstall SIM, because I would lose a lot of our customization.
