Server shows up in Product Model as Unknown HP SNMP Device

I have two servers that SIM 4.2 considers to be product model Unknown HP SNMP Device. On their homepage in the top right hand corner is the label SYSTEM: NULL. Both are Proliant servers. Any ideas on how to change this? I am running the latest HP agents. SNMP was working ok.

Your not running windows 2003 SP1 RC1 are you?

It is running Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Standard Edition 5.2. Build 3790. It does not pick uip the serial number either like the majority of my other systems do.
