Service essential & HPSIM

Hi Team,

i am trying to configure tape libraries for remote support, which are already configured in HP SIM for snmp mail alerts.
i got contract info for these libraries, but they are not visible in "remote support eligible", i later modified it to make libraries searchable and i can see libs in supported items list.

but still i dont get any alerts for libs creating any case id.

can you please tell if librarr devices are not supported by "service essentails" ?

or anything wrong with my config.
