Set default trusted mode as "trust by certificate" on SMH

We are in a process of moving to a new SIM version C.05.01.00.02. When we added server into the new SIM, it does not have the "automatically Import Management Server Certificate" checkbox at the System Management Homepage when you click on it on SIM. Upon checking the configuration on the remote server, we found out that the trust mode was setup to "trust by name" instead of "trust by certificate". How can we setup SMH to default to "trust by certificate" for all server? That way, it's easier to import certificate to the local server. I know we can change it one by one but that would be tedious. Thanks for your help.

"Configure or Repair Agents" will do this automatically for you.
