SIM 5.1 Pager text Issue out of the US

I have folks on Mexico where the text pager I sedn to the US aren't been receiving on Mex. they said that the format isn't plain text, but it works on my pager on the US. Is there a file I can see to see if there is any special characters we are sending that I can remove or can I make my oun text message I can send ...

I use the SMS/Text option when I generate the e-mail notification.

An option to consider would be the custom command option.
You could format a message of your own, using the variables HPSIM passes to the custom command.
