SIM 5.2 ping sweep on class B

Hello.. I'm trying to determine why SIM is producing a ping sweet to our class b subnet (e.g., 10.10.0.0). There is no autoatic discovery feature running and even if it was, the IP ranges are set at the class c level (e.g., 10.10.10.1-10.10.10.254). The only thing that seems to be running constantly is the hardware polling, but even that polling option is limited to only the servers it's already discovered.

Anyone have any ideas?
