SIM 6.3 Version Control CentOS 5.4

Have installed 6.3 on CentOS 5.4 with PSP 8.60 for CentOS. When selecting Version Control option receive error that VCRM is not installed. Cannot find to download; also need vca agent for managed servers.

According to SIM User Guide VCRM and VCA are part of Foundation Pack (pg. 135)
