SIM Agents utilizing 100% CPU

Forum Members -

I just upgraded some of our managed system to PSP 7.40, and now when I start the SIM agents, specifically HP Insight Server Agents service, the CPU is spiking at 100%. Has anyone seen this before? Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can fix this?
