If I understand the Windows Server set up correctly it uses the Pegasus WMI service.
If the WBEM Protocol is not showing up under the Product Description for the service I'd guess the WBEM credentials are incorrect. I use a format of domain\username which works here. Otherwise it may just look for a local account.

Typically I'd expect to see http, SMH, SNMP along with WBEM.
Out of interest, were the Servers built with Smart Start?

HTTP, SNMP , SMH , OPEN SSH, and WEBM, but WEBM is missing on all servers except the SIM Server itself. And i can repeat the problem, and have on multiple boxes. The only exception is, one of the SIM Servers in my LAB does see all 5 protocols on all servers in the lab
