SIM failed to start after user changed password in domain

When we installed SIM we used a user account instead of a system account. Everything worked find until that user changed their password. We are currently getting errors when the sim server is started on HPInsight event notifier, Open SSH server and the web page is not available.

All help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Susan

See the following lik to the HPSIM Library, then look at the article on Changing HPSIM System name, there's a section in there on changing the password and what you need to do.

Changing the account it actually uses may be a bit trickier as that accounts is used in the database creation. Changing ownerships there can be a tad tricky.
