SIM homepage always resets when server restarted..annoying

SIM homepage always resets when server restarted..annoying

Server is not always rebooted but whenever it is and I login with the administrator account I always have to rest the homepage and status icon customizations.
Is there any way to stop this from happening with a setting or anything or is this a bug?
