On a Server you want to manage go to the Settings Section and select Options.
There's a number of Trust Options, I use Trust By Certificate. And then in the section lower down you can import the certificate from the HPSIM Server.
If you use the VCRM or the RDU to deploy Softpaqs you can configure these options into the Agents so that they're installed with them.

Once you log in to the Agent there are several tabs, Settings is the second one in.
You can change SNMP Settings here, but you're interested in the Options link.
