SMH BEcomes Unresponsinve on Server Hosting VCRM

Hi all.
I recently updated a DL380 G3 to PSP 8.0 and randomly the Systems Management Homepage goes offline.
This server also hosts a VCRM and all the Version Control clients can no longer connect.
A restart of the SMH service on the server appears to fix the issue, but later in the day it goes offline again.

When trying to access the affected servers SMH I get a Page Cannot be Displayed error in IE until I once again cycle the SMH service.

Any ideas what could be causing this or how look deeper into it?
