SMH is running but does not show cooling, disks, memory

Hello all,
I have HP-UX 11.1 and SMH is installed, but i could not got any info for cooling, disks, processor, etc. their status is unknown. I just have system summary info. Could you help me to retrive this data

Not sure if you have this problem fixed.

You can install WBEM providers on the client system, so HPSIM can collect more information from the clients. For example, you need "System Fault Managment" for the cooling system. Here is the link to download HPSIM components running on HP-UX.
