Survey Utility install on w2003

anyone run into problems installing the survey utility on w2003? system has exchange 2003, sql 2000 sp3a and SIM on. Have tried to disable services to narrow down the problem with no luck

I have it running on various systems using the 6.3, 6.4 and 7.0 PSP. Are you using the PSP to install? What erros are being reported?

It appears that if I install the PSP after installing other apps like MS SQL2000 that the survey utility will not install as a service and survey.exe hangs on its initial launch. No survey.txt is ever created on install
