System Management Homepage change shortcut to not use localhost

When installing SMH, shortcuts with http://localhost:2381 are created.

 

If you issued a certificate for hostname, the shortcut will fail.

Is there a way to change the shortcut to http://<hostname>:2381  so it will stay unchanged, even when SMH gets updated.

You could always create your own link, that way the update would not affect the link you created.
