System Management Homepage HELP!!

We have just upgraded to the newest SMH on some of our servers(v2.0.2.106) and now when some of the guys try to log into the servers home page http://server:2381 they get
FORBIDDEN
You were denied access because:
Access is denied by access contro list
Not everyone gets this for some people it works fine
ANy ideas as to where this "ACL" is?

Re: System Management Homepage HELP!!

Can you check if you are able to login locally on those systems (https://localhost:2381/)?

If yes, Goto Settings -> Security -> IP Binding. See if it is enabled and does not contain any valid subnet and masks.

What happens is , if IP Binding is enabled, But no value is specified, the SMH will be available to only localhost. This is a built in security feature.

Also if the SMH is on Linux machine, then you may want to check if the SMH file permissions are okay.
