System Management HomePage server could not be started successfully

System Management HomePage server could not be started successfully

Hi,
I've use B.11.11 U 9000/800, I have been successful installed:
SysMgmtWeb_A.2.2.0.3_HP-UX_B.11.11_32+64.depot
KRNG11i_B.11.11.09_HP-UX_B.11.11_32+64.depot

and config /opt/hpsmh/lbin/envvars
export JAVA_HOME=/opt/java1.3

Now I can start: /opt/hpsmh/lbin#./hpsmh start
Then I install: OpenSSL_A.00.09.07e.012_HP-UX_B.11.11_32+64.depot

From now on I have problem:

/opt/hpsmh/lbin#./hpsmh start
ERROR: The System Management HomePage server could not be started successfully

Pls, tell me why and how to config?
