System Type and Prd. name Unknown/Blanks?

Hi,

Few ?s,
1) I have installed SIM 5. Under all systems, system type and product name are unknown or blank for some of the devices . What is missing.

2) Where can I get agents for blads?

1) SNMP Settings possibly incorrect. Check the community name and theat the HPSIM Server is an Allowed Host.
