Systems becoming Suspended - 390!

We've been having trouble with systems being suspended from being monitored on their own. It's always been just two or 3 systems here or there but this morning when I check there were 390! There is only myself and 1 other person using the system and neither of us is doing this.

Help! Has anyone encountered this issue. We're currently running SIM 5 SP4. Reading over the SP5 docs it doesn't mention this problem.
